All of our spices are available in 3 sizes:

• Regular - generally 45g
• Double - double a regular bag by weight
• Triple - 3x a regular bag by weight

We recommend sticking with the regular size until you know you will use your spices up quickly and need a larger (double or triple sized bag).

W do have a "Mini" size as well, but only available in our Sample Packs

Some of our blends are already Salt-Free, Sugar-Free or both.

All of our blends, even those that regularly have salt or sugar, can be ordered as a Salt-Free and/or Sugar-Free custom blend.

You can select those options when ordering.

If you don't see the options to select those, it means the blend is already Salt-Free, Sugar-Free or both.

On request, a number of our blends have additional custom blend options. Primarily this includes:

• Extra Garlic
• Extra Spicy
• Mild or Zero-heat

These are generally custom-blended when ordered, so take a little longer to get shipped out.
