Hi Mary,
all of our spice blends are vegan, so we don’t have anything like a Chicken Broth powder or seasoning. There are more and more bone broth companies popping up at markets around here, so it’s worth checking out your own local area.
Sorry I can’t be more help

I used the Epicure chicken broth seasoning a lot. Do you have anything like that?

hi Lisa,
sorry about the confusion with my notation. It is not a typo, it’s a restaurant kitchen notation that I grew up with.
Here is the legend
T = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon

So in this recipe, it’s:
2 Tablespoons of Mayo
2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
1.5 teaspoons of spice blend.

Another way to look at it, and make it with ANY measure is to use ratios:
4 mayo + 4 sour cream + 1 spice = market sample dip.

That way you can use any spoon you have available. Just measure the spice first so the bag doesn’t get gloopy.

When using your spice for a dip, recipe calls for T’s of mix,mayo, sour cream. Teaspoon or tablespoon of each??

Lisa
