Chicken shawarma From Lex’s Pantry, baby potatoes and a stir fry here tonight. I just did a shake and bake style chicken with the spice from the Best of Chicken Spices Sample Pack. Very tasty! Not the most colourful yet very tasty
Oh what a fun way to use the Shawarma Spice. And yes, it's a little, well, biege, but the flavour is not! You could sprinkle a little chopped parsley, a pinch of paprika or even a little drizzle of yogurt or market dip to make it a bit more visually delightful

I am a TERRIBLE cook (I come by it honestly, my mother was worse 😕) but with these tiny taste makers, I can make myself a lunch using something in the freezer (like shrimp) or some tofu or anything really and a little rice and VOILA! A lunch that makes everything better. A warm embrace of delicious in the middle of the day.
