What It Tastes Like

How to Use
For classic Birria:
Brown 1.5–2lb of meat. Add 2–3Tbsp Birria Taco Spice and beef stock, and passata. Simmer until tender, shred, and dip tortillas in the broth before crisping. Finish with onion, cilantro, and lime.
OR turn slow-simmered, soul-deep flavour into a weeknight flex with these Birria Taco Shortcuts!
Shortcut tacos:
Stir into ground beef with a splash of broth for fast, deeply flavoured tacos.
Shortcut broth:
Add 1 tsp of Birria spice and 0.5tsp of tomato paste, to beef broth and bring to a boil. Serve on the side with your tacos.
Pro tip:
Add a quick squeeze of lime at the end to brighten the consommé.
