Our Spice+Sugar collection is a collection of spiced finishing sugars which includes Apple Pie, Biscoff, Candy Cane Minty Mischief (seasonal), Cardamom Hygge, Eggnog (seasonal), Gingerbread, Hot Cross Bun (seasonal), Pumpkin Pie (seasonal), and Mulling (seasonal). They are made with large-crystal sugars - turbinado or white (Candy Cane) and bold spice blends. They're designed to add flavour and texture anywhere you’d normally use sugar — from coffee and oatmeal to cocktails and baking.

They all are fairly heavy on the spice, with the large-crystal sugar providing just enough sweetness to balance and carry the flavour. In some usages, the spice will mean you don't add as much sugar since the spice are there.
Think of it as a spiced sugar first, sweetener second.

Most blends use large-crystal turbinado sugar, which gives a satisfying crunch and a clean, caramel-like sweetness which suits the warm spices blends well. The Candy Cane Minty Mischief blend uses large-crystal white sugar instead, for a brighter, cleaner finish and a sparkly look for rimming cocktails, or topping darker desserts.

Cocktails - Rims + Syrups: They are perfect for rimming glasses for cocktails like margaritas, old fashioneds, or spiced seasonal drinks. The large crystals adhere well to a citrus- or syrup-moistened rim. To make a not-so-simple simple syrup: dissolve it in equal parts water (or a bit less water for a richer syrup) over low heat to make a spiced simple syrup for cocktails, coffee drinks, or mocktails.

Yes — it works as a finishing sugar on roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or even as a rub component. The spice-forward profile makes it versatile beyond sweets. Many people have used the Pumpkin Spice+Sugar in butternut squash soup, and others have used the King Chai Spice+Sugar to roast squash.
