Can I get them without sugar?

Yes. Simply select "sugar-free" when ordering online. Same bold spice, zero sugar.

How much do I use instead of regular sugar?

In general, you can do a 1:1 swap. But remember the spice is there, so you might find you want less than you use when you are adding a plain sugar. If you are using in baking - 1:1, if you are using in your coffee, try a little less and see how you like it.
