Food Hacks using Herbes de Provence

There are lots of fun ways to add spice and flavour to your food. Here are some quick and easy hacks to give you some inspiration:

Herbes de Provence FAQ

Is it gluten-free and allergy-friendly?

Yes. All of our products are vegan and gluten-free. They are also all nut-free, dairy-free, and preservative-free.

Note: if your allergies are severe, we do work out of a shared kitchen, with dedicated equipment.

What is Herbes de Provence made of?

A fragrant mix of thyme, rosemary, marjoram, savory and lavender - evoking the fields of Provence in southern France. No fillers, so salt, no additives, just pure dried herbs for authentic depth of flavour and aroma.

What do you use Herbes de Provence on?

Roasted chicken, ratatouille, grilled fish, potatoes, tomato sauces, or olive oil dips. Rub into proteins, toss with veggies, or stir into dressings—transforms simple meals into bistro-worthy.

Does Herbes de Provence include lavender?

Yes. These days many blends do not, and traditional blends from France skip it but we include it because it brings the premium floral edges that you get from herbs in Provence, which are missing here. Echos it's to Provence roots - but honouring it, not copying it.

How much Herbes de Provence per recipe?

1-2 tsp per pound of meat/veggies or 1 Tbsp per quart of sauce. Start light—it blooms beautifully with heat for layered, aromatic flavor.

How should I store it?

Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat. That helps preserve both the flavours and aroma.
