However, it is wildly versatile and works with cream sauces, and a range of veggies, fish and chicken. Sauce

This rich and creamy Alfredo sauce features the innovative Spicy Guac Spice Blend from Lex’s Pantry, which combines four spicy peppers and complementary seasonings. The sauce is quick to prepare using butter, cream, and Parmesan, enhanced with a zesty, spicy kick perfect for pasta, chicken, or fish. Want more kick, throw in a bit more Spicy Guac. Less kick? Try our Guacamole seasoning (not the Spicy one).

Want zero kick? Use our Memphis Zero or our Lakeview Garlic Lovers seasoning instead. They all work beautifully.

Creamy Spicy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp Spicy Guac Spice Blend

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 1 cup cream - you can use anything from 5% to heavy cream. Lex usually used 5%.

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -or to taste (iwhich means throw in more if you want to!)

  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let things heat up and reduce a bit.

  5. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce.
